Professional Learning and Development
We design and facilitate professional learning and development experiences for organisations, leaders, boards, educators, teams and communities. Our PLD brings together learning, reflection, talanoa and practical application, and can be shaped around Fakafekauaga – Servantship, systems thinking and systems change, stewardship, leadership, governance and the needs of those we are serving.
Stewardship, Leadership and Governance
We support boards, leaders, emerging leaders and those carrying responsibility for organisations and communities to deepen their understanding and practice of stewardship, leadership and governance. Our approach creates space to consider responsibility, relationships, decision-making, collective purpose and the people and generations affected by the decisions we make today.
Systems Change
We work alongside organisations and communities to explore complex challenges through a systems lens. This includes understanding relationships, patterns and interconnectedness, questioning assumptions and existing ways of working, and creating space to consider how systems might evolve towards better outcomes for people and communities.
Strategic Facilitation & Advisory
We facilitate important conversations where people need space to think, listen, make sense of complexity and determine a way forward together. We can support strategic conversations, collective sense-making, organisational development, decision-making and systems change, or work alongside organisations as a trusted advisor.
Facilitated Emersion Workshops
We create opportunities for people to experience and explore Fakafekauaga – Servantship and its Five Core Human Characteristics. Through facilitated learning, talanoa, reflection and practical application, participants explore what Fakafekauaga might mean for how they serve, relate, make decisions and work collectively.
Speaking & Keynotes
We contribute to conferences, forums, organisational gatherings and community conversations through keynotes, presentations, panels and facilitated discussions. Our speaking draws from Fakafekauaga – Servantship, systems thinking and systems change, stewardship, leadership and our experience working across organisations, communities and systems.
